Motive is compatible with all OptiTrack motion capture cameras. This includes the high-precision PrimeX series, the sleekly designed SlimX series, the economical and easy-to-use Flex series, and the V120 Trio and Duo with desktop monitoring.

Trained Marker Sets

Leveraging advances in machine learning, Motive 3.1 enables users to track and tag animals, jump ropes, faces, a mop and many more objects in real-time to quickly track them.

Continuous Calibration

Motive 3.1’s continuous calibration can automatically correct calibration even in the most challenging monitoring environments. The software provides a better user experience by reporting calibration issues with various colors and warnings.

Enhanced Sensor Fusion Technology

The updated sensor fusion process combines marker and inertial measurement unit (IMU) tracking, utilizing the positives of both methods to provide the most accurate data. It is also robust against demanding motion capture tasks, tracking 6 axes with just a single marker data. The performance of CinePuck systems has been improved with this technology.
